We Are Safe Health and safety sits at the heart of everything we do. We use platforms like QR Safety to make sure standards are actively monitored and maintained, not just ticked off on a form. Safety performance is reviewed daily across our programmes, so any issues are identified and dealt with quickly.

We are changing the way subcontractor models work in this industry. Every installer we work with is a genuine partner, not just a name on a list. That means full transparency on margins, fair profit sharing and a working relationship built on trust. When our partners do well, we do well.

We take our responsibility seriously, both in the work we deliver for clients and in how we operate as a business. Every programme we manage is a step towards better energy performance, lower emissions and warmer homes.
